MANISHIMWE Guillaume
CEO GROW GREEN INITIATIVE
Guillaume MANISHIMWE has over 12 -years’ experience in rural development, agribusiness, Climate resilience research and technology transfer. He has served with various projects with European Cooperative for Rural Development (EUCORD), Bilateral and Multilateral Development Partners (FONERWA, USAID, IFC) , UN agencies (FAO, WFP); Agricultural Research and Development Organizations (Minagri, RAB). Similarly, he extensively worked in different capacities with the private sector (i.e. seed and fertilizer companies, mechanization and irrigation service providers, inputs dealers, commodity off-takers, F & MFIs, agriculture insurance, etc.), farmer-based organizations and civil society organizations (NGOs) to advance agriculture and NRM development agenda in various parts of the country.
Guillaume holds a Masters of Arts in Development Studies from Mount Kenya University and Bachelor Degree in Rural Development and Agribusiness.
MUNYESHULI UWIMANZI Aline
RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM MANAGER
Mrs Aline MUNYESHULI Uwimanzi has been an active Senior Researcher in Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Management since 2013. She has worked with Public Institutions like Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources of Rwanda (MINAGRI), Rwanda Water Resources Board (RWB); Agricultural Research and Development Organizations (RAB, CIAT, IFDC, IPA etc.) in various areas of agricultural research and development.
She hold a Master of Science in Physical Land Resources from Ghent University, Belgium and Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Soil and Environmental Management from University of Rwanda.
Additionally, she has a good track record of scientific publications, high level consultancy reports and feasibility studies in various areas of Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Management.
Aimée Marie ANGE
CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION AND MITIGATION PROGRAM MANAGER
Agricultural Engineer by background and Climate Change and Adaptation Specialist by profession, Aimée Marie Ange has 11 years’ experience in Climate Change and Adaptation projects development and implementation. She worked in Public Institutions like as Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources of Rwanda (MINAGRI), Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB) and Private Sector as well as in International Non-Governmental Organization such as European Cooperation for Rural Development (EUCORD) as Water Users Organizations Manager, Coach and Mentor. She is now active in Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation technologies development and implementation in Rwanda.
